Are you the right candidate for PRP hair therapy? Know Here!

It gets frustrating when you find a clump of hair in your comb. You would have already tried out different hair care products to solve the hair fall problem. However, it is saddening to see that no product gives you the desired result. At the same time, those chemical-based products may pose risk for your hair. However, to get affordable and effective solution, you can choose the latest innovative treatment- PRP. PRP for hair loss is a safe and non-invasive treatment that regrows your hair effectively.

You might have seen PRP hair treatment before and after images on different websites. It is done by professionals who take your blood sample for this therapy. Then, the sample is spun at a very high speed using an equipment known as the centrifuge. It causes separation of platelets from other components of the sample. It helps in obtaining plasma rich with platelets and other growth factors which is used for the treatment process.

However, is PRP the right alternative to treat your hair loss issues?

Try to find the answer to this question-

Are your hair follicles detectable?

Do not delay in making your decision on PRP hair treatment. The treatment is more effective during the initial stages of hair loss. PRP is intended for re-growing hair in fully bald parts. That is why hair follicles need to be easily identifiable in the concerned parts. You should consider meeting the expert while your hair is getting thinner and you have poor hair growth.

Do you have any other health issues?

Your overall health condition should be good for PRP therapy. Professionals use an injection for the therapy. Thus, you must not have bleeding problems. Those who regularly take any blood-thinning medicine must stop taking it temporarily.

Above two are the major factors determining your suitability for the treatment.

However, another general question that haunts a candidate’s mind is:

Will I need this treatment for always?

PRP treatment for hair loss should be taken for a minimum of 4 sessions to a maximum of 8 sessions. This is the optimum frequency to get adequate results irrespective of the severity of your individual case.

You can now easily decide on this therapy for your hair. The PRP hair treatment cost is also reasonable and you can get it done at your convenience and in your budget.

But the rain is always much better appreciated than the scorching summer heat. But hair fall – How do you stop that? You cannot probably stop that but you can take better care of your hair to lessen the fall.

So how do you take care of your hair in the monsoons? Now that is a season you cannot avoid. And it’s not just about the humidity, you cannot really avoid getting wet in the rain sometimes. Hair strands tend to absorb moisture from the air a little bit more as the humidity increases with the rainy season. This makes the hair go frizzy and often challenging to manage.

Again, your scalp gets greasy pretty frequently during the rainy season. To counter these issues frequent washes and combing often leave the hair more damaged and increase the hair fall that you experience.

Effective Ways to Reduce Hair Fall in the Rainy Season

But your hair is your crowning glory! You got to take care of it as per the seasonal variations. Here are some simple ways to keep your hair healthy and fall-free even in the wet and humid Indian monsoons:

First and foremost eat well!. Nutrients are a must for healthy hair. The rainy season often comes with its health maladies like cold, cough, stomach issues, and more. This may lead to you eating a limited amount and food type resulting in nutrient deficiency. Make sure you are eating a well-balanced diet and taking supplements when needed.

Avoid using oil on your scalp frequently. Even if you do use oil, wash it off after an hour or 30 mins later. Use an antifungal shampoo that will counter any infection on your hair roots. Keep your hair dry, but avoid using excessive hair dryers.

If you were to get wet in the rain at any point, make sure that you do not just dry off. Rainwater often contains acids and other contaminants that can harm your hair follicles. Wash off with a mild shampoo and dry up.

GFC an Effective Hair Loss Treatment

Hair Loss can be attributed to a variety of reasons. It could be due to lack of nutrients, weather conditions, after -effects of medications or therapy, wrong hair care techniques, genetic conditions or due to hormonal imbalance.

Modern trichology treatments can help overcome most of these conditions and help in hair regrowth or regeneration. One such treatment that is known to have very effective results is GFC or growth factor concentrate treatment.

What is GFC treatment?

GFC or the Growth Factor Concentrate Procedure utilizes the patient’s own blood to extract Growth Factors. These growth factors are highly concentrated and are injected into the target area of the scalp using micro-injections.

How long does the procedure take?

The entire procedure barely takes about 2 hours. Once the procedure has been decided on, about 15 to 16ml of the patient’s blood is taken such that the growth factors can be extracted from it. The extraction process takes about 40 to 50 mins to yield about 6 to 7 ml of  highly concentrated growth factors. This concentrate is then injected onto the scalp the time length of which may vary depending on the comfort level of the patient.

The trichologist will decide if you would need multiple sessions to get more effective results based on the extent of your hair loss. If multiple sessions are required then the whole procedure is repeated after a gap of 30 days. Not more than 3 to 4 sessions are required to get effective results.

Measles

It’s a well-known fact that, most of the germs spread through the air. The vivid example is Covid, itself. Also Influenza, Measles are one of those diseases which spread from air. “Measles, is a viral infection that’s serious for small children, but this easily preventable by a vaccine”.

Children younger than 5 years of age, adults older than 20 years of age mostly get affected from Measles. Sometimes pregnant women, people with poor immune system such as leukemia may also get affected.

Though Chickenpox and measles are both infectious disease and caused by viruses, but both are not same by nature. Once you had measles, it’s highly unlikely you will get it again. But there is a duel opinion against it. However measles may lead to serious complications in some people (but the chances are less).

Measles is caused by a virus found in nose or throat. When someone coughs or sneezes, the infectious droplets spray into the air and stay in the air about an hour. Thus one get affected from measles virus.

The symptoms of it appear 7 to 14 days after contact with virus. The person with this disease suffers from high fever, cough, sore throat, running nose, and inflamed eyes. The red rash starts on the face and behind the ears before spreading the rest of the body. Within two three days the spot remain discrete.

There is no such particularly treatment to get rid of it, but vitamin A may help with symptoms. For such cases the doctor also suggests to take a proper rest and drink plenty of fluids. Vaporizer may ease the cough and nasal congestion. Sometimes sponge baths with lukewarm water is also effective to reduce the fever or Discomfortness.

But sometimes we observe many of us using home remedies to get rid of it, which is not correct. Always consult a doctor before applying anything to a Measles affected person or child. Some disease are too sensitive to handle. Only good diet and good lifestyle can give you a better life.

7. Low testosterone

8. Parkinson’s disease

9. Metabolic  Syndrome

10. Diabetes

11. Certain Prescription medications

And many more, it basically depends on individuals.

But as per some reports the main cause of it is abnormalities the penile arteries, Veins or both. Chronic illness, certain medications, operations for the prostate, bladder and colon cancer may also be contributing factors. Frequently using abused drugs (like alcohol, Tobacco, cocaine etc.) also may lead to ED. It is also a common side effect of a number of prescribed drugs too. Approximately one in 10 adult males will suffer from ED on a long term Basis. This type of sexual problems may have some specific symptoms but it also includes mental health sometimes. Because physical intimacy is as equal as mental intimacy. It is a sign of physical or psychological condition. Which cause stress, relationship strain and low self-confidence.
